In Fortune City, the campy, code-approved world of Earth-Alpha, Dragonflyman and Stinger have resumed their orderly patrols. Their return coincides with the arrival of their grim counterparts from Earth-Omega: the violent Dragonfly and his partner, Stinger II. Both heroes now lay claim to the civilian identity of billionaire Richard Fame, creating an untenable double life. The brutal, uncompromising methods of the Omega vigilantes clash with Alpha's innocent culture, threatening to corrupt its very foundations.
