The masked figure known as Dead Eyes has resurfaced in the streets of Boston, his return drawing immediate attention from both law enforcement and the city's criminal syndicates. He is now partnered with Wheels, and together they are closing in on a specific target: the location of several stolen paintings, the prize from a historic private art heist. Their pursuit cuts a violent path through the city's underbelly, forcing them to navigate a gauntlet of police patrols and mafia enforcers who are equally determined to intercept the score.
