In the rain-slicked streets of Empire City, a new kind of justice is being delivered. Jumpscare, the city's most celebrated and brutal protector, carves a path through its criminal underbelly. Her strength is matched only by her speed, and her methods are drawn directly from the horror films she obsessively consumes. Any weapon from any movie she’s seen manifests in her hands, turning each confrontation into a visceral spectacle.
