A Separatist scientist and his volatile prototype have vanished. Clone Force 99 is dispatched to a derelict laboratory in the Outer Rim to secure the asset. Hunter, Wrecker, Crosshair, and Tech find the facility already breached by unknown forces. The squad’s standard retrieval protocol is compromised by competing interests converging on the site.
