Worn by the middle-aged former actors Derek and Alex, the outfits are a desperate bid for relevance from the stars of a forgotten '90s show. Their initial public stunt, defending tourists from aggressive street performers, unexpectedly captures viral attention. This newfound notoriety pushes the duo from awkward cosplay into actual, low-level vigilantism. Their clumsy efforts soon attract the notice of a local crime boss, whose operations they have begun to disrupt.
