Usagi Yojimbo: Ten Thousand Plums (2025-)

A vast field of the Shogun’s prized plum trees is under strict guard. The wandering ronin Usagi, accompanied by Yukichi and the bounty hunter Gen, are discovered trespassing there, drawing the immediate suspicion of one of the Shogun’s samurai. Their arrival coincides with a series of unsettling events that have gripped a nearby village in fear. The local magistrate questions whether their presence is mere chance or a sign of deeper trouble. The three travelers must navigate the growing paranoia while the true nature of the threat to the orchard remains hidden.
