Night People (2024-)

The neon glow of New Orleans casts long shadows on the highway. Two inseparable lovers, Big Betty Stalcup and Miss Cutie Early, are using their parole to travel. Their journey is a violent crusade, a mission to cleanse the world of what they see as men’s inherent evil. They move through a landscape of roadside bars and cheap motels, their path crossing with other lost souls and cartel killers. The air is thick with intoxication and the threat of spontaneous violence, from the bayous to Egypt City, Florida. Lipstick stains and sweat mingle on the dashboard as they drive.
