In the quiet, sun-bleached streets of a rural town, Blue has built a life. A decade has passed since he abandoned his mission as a corporate soldier, finding peace with Grace, the local sheriff. Their shared history is one of violence left behind, replaced by the quiet routines of a home and the serious consideration of adoption. This fragile peace is shattered when agents from his former corporate overlords arrive from the future. They have come to retrieve their first deserter and enforce a brutal directive: eliminate all obstacles to completing his original task.
