The Pale Knight (2025-)

The fields of England in 1349 are silent, choked by the Black Death. Sir Hugh de Grey, the weary veteran known as the Pale Knight, finds his homecoming a horror. His son lies dying, a victim of the same pestilence that has emptied villages. In a moment of desperate prayer, he receives no divine answer. Instead, a different entity manifests. Death has heard his plea and now stands before him, offering terms for the boy's life. The knight must weigh his faith against a direct bargain with the end of all things, while the plague continues its work outside his door.
