In the ultramodern decay of a future Vancouver, the promise of the Keeper Program hangs in the air—a technological breakthrough claiming to halt entropy. Its sudden, violent compromise now threatens every life connected to its systems. Out of a forced retirement, former Police Detective Bennie Strikman is pulled back into the city's neon-lit underbelly to trace the source of the attack.
