Kong: The Great War (2023-)

The crew of a lost Imperial German U-Boat has surfaced in the uncharted waters of the South Pacific. Their vessel is now adrift in a domain ruled by primordial fear. The men, veterans of the Great War, find themselves besieged by creatures from a forgotten age. Death comes from the deep and from the sky, delivered by impossible, blood-stained beasts. Above this nightmare, a new terror casts its shadow: the ape-god Kong, a gargantuan force of nature that acknowledges no flag or nation. For these sailors, the trenches of Europe were a known hell. Here, they face a primal monarchy of tooth and claw.
