Aquaman: Through Fire and Water (2024-)

A deep-sea drilling platform is collapsing into the abyss, its ruptured hull bleeding a toxic slick across the ocean floor. Aquaman navigates the darkening water and twisted metal to reach the trapped crew. His rescue is interrupted by the arrival of Black Manta, who has positioned himself within the failing structure. Their confrontation unfolds against the groans of stressed steel and the spreading contamination. The fate of the surface workers is now entangled in a personal vendetta playing out in the crushing pressure of the deep. Cold oil drifts through the water like a second, suffocating current.
