Amazonia (2024-)

The humid air of the Amazonian rainforest holds the scent of a recent death. A photographer’s final film reveals a single, impossible image: a man with skin white as snow and an elongated cranium. Kathy Austin, a specialist in such anomalies, is dispatched by the British Crown to determine its origin. Her investigation into this potential deformed human or unknown being is not a solitary pursuit. Other international interests have already converged on the remote mission site, their operatives moving silently through the dense undergrowth. The jungle itself becomes a contested territory, its secrets guarded by more than just vines and shadow.
