The Evergreen underworld is in a state of high alert. With Peacemaker absent, his partner Adrian Chase has fully embraced his role as The Vigilante, launching a brutal, personal crusade against the city's crime bosses. His search for his missing friend is a one-man war, leaving a trail of consequences in its wake. Meanwhile, on a remote stretch of highway, a routine commute for Eagly and his human companion Chris Smith is violently interrupted by a crew of heavily armed assailants.
