The Legion of Super-Villains, a collection of the 31st century's most dangerous psychopaths, is now loose across the United Planets. Under the command of Saturn Queen, their escape was coordinated and absolute. Their immediate objective is not conquest but chaos, targeting key infrastructure and civilian centers to demonstrate their newfound freedom. The Legion of Super-Heroes scrambles to contain the threat, but the villains' tactics are unpredictable and deeply personal.
