Dark Beach (2022-)

The cold, artificial light of New Reykjavík is the only illumination its citizens have known for generations. Gordo, a photographer for the city’s investigative unit, documents the sterile aftermath of crimes under the dome. His routine is shattered by a specific murder, one whose evidence points to a past saturated with forbidden knowledge of the sun. The official narrative from the NRCE insists the star is a lethal threat, but the clues suggest a different history. Gordo’s search for answers pulls him from the controlled environment of the city and into the frozen, sunless expanse beyond its protective shell.
