America’s response is X-Factor, a unit comprised of Angel, Havok, Frenzy, Feral, and Pyro. Their operations are broadcast as patriotic spectacle, a marketable counter to foreign mutant armies. Internal pressures mount within the team; alliances are tested under the glare of constant surveillance. The hangar lights of their mobile command center reflect off polished flight suits and tactical screens, a sterile environment for a very public war.
