In the sunken ruins of a parallel Earth, scavengers like Mickey and Goofy dive for rare fuel on the irradiated seafloor, competing with rogues such as Peg Leg Pete. Their salvage operations are disrupted by the arrival of a strange stone cube, an artifact radiating untold power. Dr. Einmug seeks to study it, while Pete’s brilliant cousin, Portis, plots to claim it for himself. The cube’s energy begins to destabilize the ocean’s gravity, threatening to pull the sea into the sky. Amidst the corroded hulls of old ships and tangled kelp forests, a race for control of this ancient device defines the new frontier.
