The doorbell at Craven Road No. 7 announces the arrival of Bruce Wayne. His presence in London coincides with a new, unholy alliance between The Joker and the Mephistophelian Professor Xabaras. The mad genius’s experiments with the dead have provided the Clown Prince of Crime with a uniquely hellish resource. Forced into cooperation, Batman and the Nightmare Investigator Dylan Dog must navigate a city now haunted by their combined pasts. Their uneasy partnership is the only counter to a threat resurrected from Gotham’s shadows and London’s graveyards. The rain on the cobblestones mixes with something older and far colder.
